The dedicated e-Dirham G2 Call Centre is available 24x7 and provides support in three languages: English, Arabic and Urdu.

You will be able to perform the following:

  • Set/Change/Reset your Passcode
  • Short Register
  • Block your e-Dirham card
  • Inquire about your e-Dirham card balance and transactions made on the card
  • Obtain guidance and information about the e-Dirham system
  • Other queries and follow ups (using your Issue ID numbers)

You need to have set your Passcode to be able to access all the functionalities of the e-Dirham G2 website. Please see the section related to "Passcode" for guidance

By accessing the e-Dirham G2 Website, you will be able to:

  • Obtain guidance and information about the e-Dirham system
  • Set/Change your Passcode
  • Manage and edit your profile
  • View your e-Dirham Card details
  • Inquire about your e-Dirham card balance and transactions made on the card
  • Block your e-Dirham card
  • Report an issue
  • Apply online for the Al Haslah Card
  • Initiate the Red Al Haslah Card full registration process
  • Short register your e-Dirham G2 cards.
  • Request for Point of Sale Terminals (Will be available soon for e-Dirham G2 merchants)
SMS Notifications

SMS notifications of transactions made on the e-Dirham G2 cards for registered customers (subject to availability in both English and Arabic)

E-Direct gives end-users the ability to directly charge their cards using their bank account from any registered bank.
